Show-stopper - chryscolla door knocker size 6

There’s nothing quite as rewarding as finishing a project years in the making. The setting for this stone was started before I had a lot of things figured out (as if I would ever actually figure them out), so there are some minor “flaws” when you look with a critical eye. However, I think most would agree that the design and the beauty far surpass the flaws that may exist. 
This stunner, show-stopping, banger is made with so many components and still does not have the weight you would imagine. It is truly lightweight and as comfortable as wearing a simple band. 
The band is sturdy and solid sterling silver like all the other parts of this ring. It has been hand hammered for that antique, worn-in effect I personally love so much. The ring itself features a shadow box like effect with the double wire border.
And then there is the stone. A truly remarkable coffin-cut piece of chrysocolla that I only wish I could have more of to play with. Soothing, empowering, uplifting and full of life; it’s more durable than turquoise and more dynamic than most other popular stones. 
The door knocker design is a Luminary Creature staple, it is the first design I ever implemented when I started to make rings.
