Eye of the Dragon - Onyx ring - size 8/8.25

Here is a bold and elegant piece made of sterling silver and featuring an onyx cabochon at its core. 
Everything is so round about the stone and the design it very much embodies an eye of some sort. 
Upon closer inspection you notice a heavily hammered and fortified band, a subtle antique look to the back plate, and a subtle texture etched in all along the stones setting. 
The stone itself is so very grounding, securing and sentient it makes me think of wisdom beyond our grasp and dragonlore.
